If none of the options provided work for you, we will cancel
your order and refund your deposit.

case, we will send your order via UPS or Estafeta. The
standard delivery fee is 400 pesos, but it may be higher in
certain cases. Please note that we are not responsible for any
risks or issues caused by the delivery company.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order through your personal account on

What should I do if my order is delayed?
In the uncommon case of a delay, we will contact you with
information about the new delivery date.

The delivery of an incorrect item is excluded, as we verify

Payment is made in two parts.
When placing your order, you pay a 50% deposit of the
total product cost.
The remaining balance is due when you pick up your order
in person at our warehouse or before we hand over your
order to the delivery service.

We currently accept payments through SPEI transfers, but by
December 2024, credit and debit card payments will also be
